HSN is a retailer and lifestyle network, providing a range of products primarily through television home shopping programming on the HSN television networks and through its business-to-consumer internet commerce site HSN.com. Cornerstone comprises home and apparel lifestyle brands, including Frontgate, Ballard Designs, Garnet Hill, Grandin Road, Smith+Noble, The Territory Ahead, TravelSmith and Improvements. As of Dec 31 2011, Cornerstone operated 19 retail and outlet stores.
