Description to the MSCI Japan Index Fund, traded under ticker symbol EWJ: This ETF is a fund, created in March 1996, that corresponds to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of equities traded publicly on the Japanese market, as measured by the MSCI Japan Index. The underlying index attempts to gauge the performance of the Japanese equities market by looking at 85% of the total public market cap.
