Birner Dental Management Services is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is a dental service organization engaged in servicing dental practice networks in Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. As of Dec 31 2014, Co. provided its services to 67 affiated dental practices under long-term management agreements, which provided business and marketing services, including providing capital, designing and implementing marketing programs, negotiating for the purchase of supplies, staffing, recruiting, training of non-dental personnel, billing and collecting patient fees, arranging for certain legal and accounting services, and negotiating with managed care organizations.
