SPYD, SDP: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Tuesday, February 11, 11:12 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 High Dividend ETF, where 22,900,000 units were destroyed, or a 12.9% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPYD, in morning trading today Abbvie is off about 0.2%, and AT&T is up by about 0.5%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the ProShares UltraShort Utilities, which lost 40,000 of its units, representing a 34.2% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
