OIH, AGND: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Wednesday, January 16, 10:46 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the Oil Services ETF (OIH), where 8,550,000 units were destroyed, or a 10.8% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of OIH, in morning trading today Schlumberger (SLB) is off about 0.3%, and Halliburton Company (HAL) is up by about 0.6%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the WisdomTree Negative Duration U.S. Aggregate Bond Fund (AGND), which lost 400,000 of its units, representing a 40.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
