FDL, VLU: Big ETF Outflows

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the First Trust Morningstar Dividend Leaders Index Fund, where 10,750,000 units were destroyed, or a 17.3% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of FDL, in morning trading today Intelsat is off about 0.5%, and Exxon Mobil is lower by about 1.3%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the SPDR S&P 1500 Value Tilt ETF, which lost 50,000 of its units, representing a 25.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of VLU, in morning trading today Berkshire Hathaway is down about 0.8%, and Apple is lower by about 0.6%.
