DBO, DDG: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Wednesday, April 18, 10:51 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the PowerShares DB Oil Fund (DBO), where 11,800,000 units were destroyed, or a 27.7% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of DBO, in morning trading today Powershares Treasury Collateral Portfolio (CLTL) is trading flat, and Meta Financial Group (CASH) is higher by about 0.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the ProShares Short Oil & Gas (DDG), which lost 50,000 of its units, representing a 40.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
