DBC, RNLC: Big ETF Outflows

Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the PowerShares DB Commodity Index Tracking Fund, where 49,600,000 units were destroyed, or a 22.9% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of DBC, in morning trading today Powershares Treasury Collateral Portfolio is trading flat, and Meta Financial Group is lower by about 0.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the Large Cap US Equity Select ETF, which lost 200,000 of its units, representing a 20.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of RNLC, in morning trading today Centurylink is down about 1.1%, and Verizon Communications is lower by about 0.7%.
