IWM, ENOR: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Wednesday, December 13, 10:47 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM), where 11,550,000 units were destroyed, or a 3.8% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWM, in morning trading today Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR) is down about 0.2%, and bluebird bio (BLUE) is lower by about 4.3%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the iShares MSCI Norway Capped ETF (ENOR), which lost 300,000 of its units, representing a 17.6% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
