Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were AK Steel Holding (AKS), trading trading flat with over 7.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Ensco (ESV), down about 1.6% on volume of over 6.3 million shares. Diebold (DBD) is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 14.3% on the day, while Meritor (MTOR) is lagging other components of the Vanguard Russell 2000 ETF, trading lower by about 4.5%.
