Shares of IDLV were down about 0.9% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were AT&T (T), trading down about 0.5% with over 9.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), down about 1.7% on volume of over 1.5 million shares. Gramercy Property Trust (GPT) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 1.4% on the day, while Andrea Electronics (ANDR) is lagging other components of the PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 15.5%.
