LQD, PMR: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Monday, June 1, 10:52 AMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the iShares iBoxx $ Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (LQD), where 2,100,000 units were destroyed, or a 1.1% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the PowerShares Dynamic Retail Portfolio (PMR), which lost 250,000 of its units, representing a 25.0% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of PMR, in morning trading today Dollar Tree (DLTR) is up about 1.6%, and Lowes Companies (LOW) is up by about 0.1%.
