EEM, DZK: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Friday, December 19, 1:59 PMLooking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM), where 52,200,000 units were destroyed, or a 6.0% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of EEM, in morning trading today Credicorp (BAP) is down about 0.4%, and SK Telecom Company (SKM) is higher by about 2.4%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the Daily Developed Markets Bull 3x Shares (DZK), which lost 300,000 of its units, representing a 37.5% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior.
