Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Halliburton (HAL), trading up about 2.8% with over 16.8 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Weatherford International (WFT), up about 3.1% on volume of over 7.4 million shares. Key Energy Services (KEG) is the component faring the best Friday, up by about 5.9% on the day, while Forum Energy Tech (FET) is lagging other components of the PowerShares Dynamic Oil & Gas Services Portfolio ETF, trading higher by about 0.1%.
