Analysts Expect HEJD Will Reach $30

Working late into the night this ETF investor is still studying exchange traded fund market action across six desktop monitors, even while the lights of the city at night throught the window beyond reveal the stock market closing bell has long since rung.

Looking at the underlying holdings of the ETFs in our coverage universe at ETF Channel, we have compared the trading price of each holding against the average analyst 12-month forward target price, and computed the weighted average implied analyst target price for the ETF itself. For the VictoryShares Hedged Equity Income ETF (HEJD), we found that the implied analyst target price for the ETF based upon its underlying holdings is $30.01 per unit.

With HEJD trading at a recent price near $27.03 per unit, that means that analysts see 11.02% upside for this ETF looking through to the average analyst targets of the underlying holdings. Three of HEJD's underlying holdings with notable upside to their analyst target prices are Nordic American Tankers Ltd (NAT), Vail Resorts Inc (MTN), and Patria Investments Ltd (PAX). Although NAT has traded at a recent price of $2.68/share, the average analyst target is 30.60% higher at $3.50/share. Similarly, MTN has 12.44% upside from the recent share price of $160.01 if the average analyst target price of $179.91/share is reached, and analysts on average are expecting PAX to reach a target price of $15.00/share, which is 12.19% above the recent price of $13.37.
