Uranium Energy is engaged in uranium mining and related activities, including exploration, development, extraction and processing of uranium concentrates, on projects located in the U.S. and Paraguay. Co.'s 100.0%-owned Hobson Processing Facility, located northwest of Corpus Christi in Karnes County, TX, processes uranium-loaded resins from Co.'s Palangana Mine and has the additional capacity to process uranium-loaded resins from other satellite mining operations within the South Texas Uranium Belt as they enter production. At Jul 31 2012, Co. had mineral rights located in the States of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming and in Paraguay.
