As of Dec 31 2010, Co. operated in two business segments: Solar encapsulant manufacturing and Quality Assurance services. Solar designs, develops and manufactures encapsulants that protect the embedded semiconductor circuits of solar panels for sale to solar module manufacturers worldwide. Quality Assurance provides inspection, testing and audit services that enable retailers and manufacturers to determine whether products meet applicable safety, regulatory, quality, performance and social standards.
