Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides wireless personal communications services and local exchange telephone services, as well as cable television, video, Internet and data services, long distance, sale of telecommunications equipment, fiber optics facilities, and leased tower facilities. Co. has three segments: Wireless, which provides digital wireless service; Cable, which provides video, internet and voice services in Virginia, West Virginia and portions of western Maryland; and Wireline, which provides voice services, dial-up, and digital subscriber line internet access, as well as long distance access services.
