Signature Bank is a commercial bank with offices located in the New York metropolitan area. Co. provides commercial and industrial loans, real estate loans, letters of credit, consumer loans, and a variety of deposit products, including checking accounts and money market accounts. Co. also provides investment, brokerage, asset management and insurance products and services through its subsidiary, Signature Securities Group Corporation (Signature Securities). Through Signature Securities, Co. also purchases, securitizes and sells the guaranteed portions of U.S. Small Business Administration Loans. As of Dec 31 2011, Co. had total assets of $14.67 billion and deposits of $11.75 billion.
