Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides asset servicing, fund administration, asset management, fiduciary and banking services for corporations, institutions, families and individuals worldwide. Co. has two primary business units: Corporate and Institutional Services, which provides asset servicing, securities lending, brokerage, banking and related services; and Personal Financial Services, which provides, among others, personal trust, investment management, philanthropic services, financial consulting, and guardianship and estate administration. As of Dec 31 2011, Co. had total assets of $100.22 billion and deposits of $82.68 billion.
