Co. is a regional provider of digital wireless communications services to consumers and businesses primarily in Virginia and West Virginia, as well as parts of Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky. Co.'s primary services are wireless voice and data digital personal communications services (PCS). Co. conducts its wireless digital PCS business through NTELOS-branded retail operations and through a wholesale business which primarily relates to a contract with Sprint Spectrum L.P., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sprint Nextel Corporation.
