Description to the Russell Microcap Index Fund, traded under ticker symbol IWC: This ETF is a fund, created in August 2005, that corresponds to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Russell Microcap Index. The underlying index gauges the performance of the micro-cap segment of the United States equities markets which makes up less than three percent of the United States market. It includes one thousand of the smallest securities in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index based on a combination of their market capitalization and current index membership and it includes the next one thousand securities. The index excludes lesser-regulated OTC bulletin board securities and pink-sheet stocks.
