Description to the Claymore/Zacks Country Rotation ETF, traded under ticker symbol CRO: This ETF is a fund, created in July 2007, that is designed to track the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of the Zacks Country Rotation Index. The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks and American depositary receipts that comprise the Index. The underlying index is comprised of two hundred stocks selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of international companies based in countries included in the MSCI EAFE Index and including Canada, with the exclusion of companies based in Greece.
