Associated Banc is a bank holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides a range of banking and nonbanking products and services. Co. has three segments: Commercial Banking, which provides loans, deposits, and related banking services to businesses; Consumer Banking, which includes lending and deposit to individuals and small businesses and a range of fiduciary, investment management, advisory and corporate agency services; and Risk Management and Shared Services, which includes Corporate Risk Management, Finance, Treasury, Facilities Management, Operations and Technology functions. At Dec 31 2012, Co. had total assets of $23.49 billion and total deposits of $16.94 billion.
