AmeriGas Partners is a holding company and it conducts its business through its subsidiaries, AmeriGas Propane, L.P. and Heritage Operating, L.P. Co. is a retail propane distributor serving about 2.3 million residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and motor fuel customers in all 50 states from about 1,200 propane distribution locations. In addition, Co. also sells, installs and services propane appliances, including heating systems. As part of its overall transportation and distribution infrastructure, Co. operates as an interstate carrier in 48 states throughout the continental U.S. Co. is also licensed as a carrier in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec, Canada.
