Ann is a holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Co. is a specialty retailer of women's apparel, shoes and accessories, sold primarily under the Ann Taylor and LOFT brands. As of Feb 2 2013, Co. operated 984 retail stores in 47 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada, of which 275 were Ann Taylor stores, 512 were LOFT stores, 101 were Ann Taylor Factory stores and 96 were LOFT Outlet stores. In addition, Co. sells its products online at www.anntaylor.com and www.LOFT.com, or by phone at 1-800-DIAL-ANN and 1-888-LOFT-444. Co.'s trademarks include AnnTaylor®, LOFT® and AnnTaylor Loft®.
