ETF investors now have access to new options for investing in silver. Retail and institutional investors can select from the Deutsche Bank Silver Fund (DBS), the ETFs Physical Silver Shares Fund (SIVR) and the iShares Silver Trust (SLV), each of which invests in either physical silver or forward contracts on the COMEX exchange. These ETFs trade just like stocks, with a bid/ask throughout the trading day allowing for both long and short term investors to take advantage of the opportunities in the market.
