EEM, EWK: Big ETF Inflows
ETF Channel Staff - Tuesday, July 22, 12:21 PMComparing units outstanding versus one week ago at the coverage universe of ETFs at ETF Channel, the biggest inflow was seen in the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM), which added 6,750,000 units, or a 0.7% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of EEM, in morning trading today Credicorp (BAP) is up about 0.1%, and Mobile Telesystems (MBT) is higher by about 1.1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest increase in inflows was the iShares MSCI Belgium Capped ETF (EWK), which added 2,400,000 units, for a 35.3% increase in outstanding units. Among the largest underlying components of EWK, in morning trading today Safety First Trust (ABI) is off about 4.8%.
