Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IWP
ETF Channel Staff - Friday, March 8, 1:32 PMThe iShares Russell Midcap Growth Index Fund ETF (IWP) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 1.1 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 413,000. Shares of IWP were up about 0.4% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Pandora Media (P), trading up about 17.6% with over 20.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Sirius XM Radio (SIRI), up about 0.6% on volume of over 10.2 million shares. Foot Locker (FL) is lagging other components of the iShares Russell Midcap Growth Index Fund ETF Friday, trading lower by about 6.3%.
