Friday's ETF with Unusual Volume: CWI
ETF Channel Staff - Friday, February 22, 12:07 PMThe SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF (CWI) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Friday, with over 280,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 113,000. Shares of CWI were up about 0.4% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were Vale SA (VALE), trading off about 0.3% with over 3.6 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Itau Unibanco Banco Multiplo SA (ITUB), up about 2% on volume of over 3.2 million shares. Infosys Limited (INFY) is the component faring the best Friday, up by about 4.6% on the day, while Mechel Oao (MTL) is lagging other components of the SPDR MSCI ACWI ex-US ETF, trading lower by about 3.6%.
