QQQ, XHS: Big ETF Inflows
ETF Channel Staff - Tuesday, January 8, 12:36 PMLooking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the PowerShares QQQ (QQQ), which added 31,550,000 shares, or a 6.7% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of QQQ, in morning trading today Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) is down about 0.5%, and Google Incorporated Class A (GOOG) is lower by about 0.6%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the SPDR S&PHealth Care Services ETF (XHS), which added 350,000 shares, for a whopping 175.0% increase in outstanding shares.
