Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Friday were General Electric (GE), trading up about 2.7% with over 51.0 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Microsoft (MSFT), off about 0.2% on volume of over 21.6 million shares. Capital One Financial (COF) is lagging other components of the S&P 500 High Quality Portfolio ETF Friday, trading lower by about 7.4%.
