Wednesday's ETF Movers: KOL, ITB
ETF Channel Staff - Wednesday, December 5, 12:21 PMIn trading on Wednesday, the Coal ETF (KOL) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.1% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Alpha Natural Resources (ANR), up about 3.8% and shares of Walter Energy (WLT), up about 3.3% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the iShares Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction Index Fund ETF (ITB), off about 2.4% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of M/I Homes (MHO), lower by about 5.5%, and shares of USG (USG), lower by about 3.9% on the day.
