Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: URA
ETF Channel Staff - Thursday, November 29, 12:03 PMThe Uranium ETF (URA) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 138,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 136,000. Shares of URA were up about 0.7% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Uranium One J (UUU.CA), trading up about 1.6% with over 307,000 shares changing hands so far this session, and Cameco (CCO.CA), up about 1.6% on volume of over 255,000 shares. Mega Uranium J (MGA.CA) is the component faring the best Thursday, higher by about 3.9% on the day, while Uex (UEX.CA) is lagging other components of the Uranium ETF, trading lower by about 1.9%.
