VTI, EWGS: Big ETF Inflows
ETF Channel Staff - Friday, October 19, 1:13 PMLooking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI), which added 2,516,846 shares, or a 0.8% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of VTI, in morning trading today Apple Incorporated (AAPL) is off about 0.9%, and Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM) is lower by about 0.4%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the iShares MSCI Germany Small Cap Index Fund (EWGS), which added 200,000 shares, for a whopping 200.0% increase in outstanding shares.
