Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: NLR
ETF Channel Staff - Tuesday, August 21, 12:29 PMThe Uranium+Nuclear Energy ETF (NLR) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 105,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 30,000. Shares of NLR were up about 1.5% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Exelon (EXC), trading off about 0.1% with over 1.1 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Cameco (CCJ), up about 1.8% on volume of over 721,000 shares. Uranium Energy (UEC) is the component faring the best Tuesday, up by about 4.2% on the day, while Energysolution (ES) is lagging other components of the Uranium+Nuclear Energy ETF, trading lower by about 2.7%.
