FXI, SMDD: Big ETF Outflows
ETF Channel Staff - Monday, June 4, 1:22 PMTurning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the iShares FTSE China 25 Index Fund (FXI), which shed 3,150,000 shares, or a 2.0% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares UltraPro Short MidCap400 (SMDD), which lost 50,000 of its shares, for a whopping 22.2% decline in outstanding shares.
